warranty program. Auto Accents will attempt to present them
here. Please refer to the manual or the warranty papers that
came with your products if it is not here. Also ask about
our extended service plans for labor.

| Following are
instructions for exchanging your defective PYTHON® product
for a replacement unit. We recommend that you first attempt
to exchange defective product at the store or dealer where
you purchased it; this is usually the fastest way to get a
replacement. For Directed products that were installed in
your vehicle by a Directed authorized retailer, you MUST
contact the installing retailer for a replacement, and it
must be re-installed by professionals per stated warranty
terms. |
- For specific terms of coverage and
other warranty terms, please refer to your Owner’s
Guide. Copies of the Guides can also be found online at
www.directed.com/guides/ogs.asp.
- Your product warranty starts on the
date that you purchased the product, so a copy of your
store receipt with the purchase date must be provided
upon return of any defective product.
- Per the stated warranty terms that
you received with your product, Directed may repair your
defective product, or exchange it with a new or factory
refurbished equivalent at Directed's option.
- Your product warranty is voided if
the product is damaged through negligence, misuse, or
mishandling, or if any bar-coded labels are removed from
the product.
- Directed will return your original
defect to you at your expense if it is not covered by
the terms of the warranty.

| INSTRUCTIONS FOR
RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE: |
- Print and complete the Consumer
Warranty Return Form with product information, your
name, the address that returned product should be
shipped to, telephone number, and purchase information.
- Attach your purchase receipt and $15
cashiers check or money order payable to” Directed
Electronics" to the form, and enclose both in the box
with your defective product. Return all parts that came
with the product, whether they are defective or not.
- Address the returned product to:

- We recommend that you ship the
product using UPS Ground or a carrier that can provide
you with tracking information. Directed is not
responsible for product that is not delivered to the
above address.
- Directed will return your exchange
product in 2-3 weeks using UPS Ground.
