customer information do you collect? (e.g. name, address, e-mail,

A-We collect
Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Credit Card Information during a
purchase or other payment info.
Is the customer information received used for the sole purpose of
providing the product/service? Please state how you use the customer
information you receive. A-Yes.
We contact the customer to verify whether they want us to arrange
installation or if they simply prefer to have the unit shipped to
them for self installation. Generally this is done by phone to
verify that we are speaking to the LEGITIMATE owner of the credit

Do you share or sell customer information with third parties?
A-We don't share customer
information that we collect. We feel that sharing this data would
weaken the security of our customers so we keep the information
private.
Do you use cookies? If yes what type of information do you collect
& what do you use it for? A-
We only use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, we
don't collect personal data with cookies.
How do you protect customer information? What technological steps
do you take to ensure a secure transaction?
A- We consummates most transactions
in person and collects private data in face to face meetings,
however, if we are collecting payment information online, we will
use SSL (secured Server) to do so online. We only collect name and
address and contact information online.
Do you have a
policy for collecting information from children? If yes, what is it?
A- We do not collect children's information because all
of Accent Security require a credit rating. Therefore, we cannot do
business with children nor do we have any needs for collecting such
data.
